Vehicle was stopped for being unable to maintain its lane. Driver admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages prior to driving. He submitted to SFST's and signs of impairment were noted. He was arrested and submitted to a breath test which revealed .13 .13 BrAC. He was booked without incident.

On Saturday, May 11, 2019 at approximately 2:45pm, Deputy made contact with the victim, who advised he received a call from an unknown suspect(s) claiming to be able to fix his computer. Victim agreed to allow suspect(s) to use his computer and provided his credit card information. After the call was completed, nothing that was offered was on victim's computer and his computer did not work properly. Investigation is ongoing.
