On 08/17/19 a traffic stop was conducted on a white Lincoln truck, after it was observed failing to maintain its lane of travel. Upon making contact the driver displayed signs of intoxication. The driver was unable to complete Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. The driver was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County ADC, after failing to provide a legal breath sample.

Deputies responded to above location in reference to Pojoaque Tribal Police conducting a traffic stop on above mentioned subject for speeding. During the traffic stop, it was learned the vehicle was reported stolen out of our agency. The above subject was arrested and transported to ADC where he was found in possession of suboxone. Subject was booked accordingly.
