On 12-5-19 while conducting a motor vehicle crash investigation in the Denny's parking lot, Ms. Chavez was found to have an outstanding warrant for her arrest. While she was being booked into the Santa Fe County Jail a bag containing Methamphetamine was located in her possession.

On 12-6-19 deputies were dispatched to a residence in Santa Fe County regarding a male who appeared to have committed suicide. The investigation revealed the 23-year-old male suffered a self inflicted gunshot wound and was found deceased by family members in his home. There were no signs of foul play.

Pojoaque Tribal Police conducted a traffic stop with above subject for failure to maintain lane of travel. A driver license check was conducted and above subject had a revoked license with the arrest clause. During the investigation, it was learned the subject had the wrong license plate displayed and no insurance. Subject was arrested and transported to ADC where he was found in possession of Heroin, Subject was charged and booked accordingly.
