The victim stated his vehicle was taken from the above location between July 27thand August 12th. The suspect gained entry onto the property by cutting the padlock to the front gate. Two small sheds had also been burglarized. The vehicle was not entered into NCIC at this time due to the owner not having any information on the vehicle. This case will be forwarded to the Criminal Investigation Division.

Mascarenas had an active warrant issued by the Santa Fe County Magistrate Court. He was located at his residence. Due to him being a tribal member Pojoaque Tribal Police issued a waiver of extradition. He was then arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County ADC without further incident.
