Deputies located suspect's vehicle parked along the side of Paseo De River St. and the river bed. On the concrete barrier next to vehicle was fresh graffiti and the unoccupied vehicle had spray paint cans inside in plain view. During the investigation, a large mural on the bridge was found and the paint was still wet. Deputies checked the area, but were unsuccessful. A traffic stop was conducted later and both subjects were located and arrested as the passenger admitted to the graffiti with the assistance of the driver.

Deputies responded to above location to assist Pojoaque PD on a non native American possibly intoxicated who committed a traffic infraction. SFST's were administered on the subject who showed signs of impairment. During the investigation, subject admitted to having a handgun in the glove compartment, which a Beretta Nano was located. Subject was arrested and read the NM implied Consent advisory and agreed to a chemical test. Subject blew a .16, .18 BraC. Subject booked at ADC.

Deputies responded to the listed area in reference to an 82 year old male not conscious, not breathing. Investigation revealed the victim passed away of natural causes. No signs of foul pay were observed.
