On 04-12-19 Deputy was dispatched to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility in reference to the above individual having multiple warrants. He was found to have an active Arrest Order issued out of Probation and Parole, for violating probation. He was also found to have an active warrant for his arrest issued out of the City of Santa Fe Municipal Court for failing to appear on a Public Affray complaint. Individual was booked accordingly the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility

On 04-12-19 Deputies were dispatched to a report of criminal damage at the above location. Contact was made with staff, who advised the above defendant shattered a large glass window. Above individual admitted to breaking the window because he was upset. The window was valued at under $1,000.00 to repair. He was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Deputies were dispatched to the area of the rest stop on Interstate 25 in reference to a reckless driver. Deputies made contact with suspect seated inside vehicle. A DWI investigation was initiated due to an odor of alcohol coming from the suspects breath. Suspect was arrested and booked.
0219006004 Burglary/ Criminal Damage to Property 4/12/19

Suspect: 3 males wearing all black and ski masks.
Location: Bisbee Court
Around 1:09am, three unknown males gained entry by breaking the glass on the front door. Once inside the three males broke a security window and fire alarm. All three males left the area in different directions. Nothing was taken from the inside of the facility. This incident is under investigation.
