ON 07-19-19 Deputies responded to Ponces Road in Cuyamungue in reference to a possible burglary. During the investigation it was learned the above individual was in possession of a stolen vehicle. She was taken into custody and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. The initial burglary report is under investigation.

Suspect: Erik Dominguez-Olivas 20 Santa Fe, NM
Location: Rufina/Siler
The suspect was observed failing to maintain his lane of travel. A traffic stop was conducted and signs of impairment were observed. SFSTs indicated impairment. Suspect was arrested and provided a breath sample the results were .17/.17. An open container was located in the vehicle. During a subsequent search of the suspect, a white powdery substance was located. The substance field tested positive for cocaine. Suspect was booked.

Deputies spoke with the victim who stated that at the beginning of June 2019 her vehicle was burglarized and her ignition had been damaged while the vehicle was parked outside. Victim also stated that the stereo that was inside the vehicle had been taken. There is no suspect info available at this time.

Suspect was identified during a traffic stop. During the investigation two fictitious driver's licenses were found in his possession. Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

Arrested: Zackary Loretto, 29-year-old male from Milan N.M.
On 7-18-19 a traffic stop was conducted on Mr. Loretto for speeding. He was found to be driving on a revoked driver's license and had an outstanding warrant for his arrest for a prior DWI. he was placed under arrest.

Arrested: Hernan Macedo, 32-year-old male from Utah
On 7-16-19 information was received that Mr. Macedo was at the Pizza Hut and was a fugitive from justice out of Idaho. Deputies located Mr. Macedo at the Pizza Hut and placed him under arrest. He was found to be in possession of a pipe and Heroin.

Arrested: Saydy Quintana-Reza, 29-year-old female from Espanola N.M.
On 7-17-19 the Sheriff's Office received a report of a reckless driver on 84/285 headed northbound. The vehicle, a silver Chevrolet Tahoe was located and observed weaving in and out of it's lane. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver, Ms. Quintana-Reza showed signs of intoxication. A DWI investigation was conducted and Ms. Quintana-Reza was subsequently arrested for DWI.

Deputies observed a vehicle traveling on Richards Ave without a functioning passenger’s side headlamp. The driver of the vehicle advised he had a revoked license due to a previous DWI. The driver’s driving status was confirmed revoked with the arrest clause. The driver was arrested and booked.

On Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at approximately 3:47pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a larceny. An unknown suspect(s) removed a piece of pottery from the residence without permission. The pottery was valued at more that $500. Investigation is ongoing.
