On 10-17-19, the above individual was found to have two active warrants for his arrest. Both warrants were issued out of Santa Fe County Magistrate Court for failing to comply with conditions of release. He was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center

Deputies were dispatched to Interstate 25 mile 289 reference to a motor vehicle crash. Upon arriving and through their investigation, they found the driver of the crashed vehicle to be driving a vehicle while is license was revoked with the arrest clause attached. The driver was arrested and transported to jail.

Above subject was stopped for speeding. During the traffic stop, Deputy detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his person. SFST's were administered, where he showed signs of impairment. Subject was arrested and agreed to submit to a chemical test. Subject blew a .15 and .14 BrAc. Subject booked accordingly.

Above subject called his step-mother threatening to go to her residence and shoot her. Suspect then showed up at the residence and was yelling and demanding to speak with the victim so he could strangle her as she was in fear of receiving immediate battery. Subject was arrested and booked accordingly.
