Deputies initiated a traffic stop with Arrey after observing a traffic violation. Upon contacting Arrey, he was found to be operating a vehicle while his license was revoked with the arrest clause. Arrey was arrested and transported to jail without incident.

Location: I-25 West Frontage Road/ Los Pinos
Deputies were dispatched to a reckless driver on Los Pinos and Avenida Hermosa regarding a vehicle leaving the wine festival. Deputies located the vehicle and contacted the driver who showed signs of intoxication. SFST's were administered and indicated impairment. The suspect refused chemical testing and was booked.

Victim reported at about 9:00 pm he was at the above location when several males jumped him and took a cell phone and wallet from him. The wallet contained $40.00 No serious injuries were noted. Case is under investigation.

Above subject was stopped on a speeding violation. Signs of impairment were noted and the subject was arrested. Subject refused chemical testing and was booked into SFADC accordingly.

On Friday, July 5, 2019 at approximately 7:01pm, Deputy made contact with victim. Victim had been looking to move to another city and located a house to rent. Victim was advised to send money for first month's rent, last month's rent, and a deposit. After money was sent, suspect asked for additional money. After checking the residence, victim learned that someone was already renting the residence and the residence is listed on several media websites for rent. Investigation is ongoing.

Suspect: 1. Sergio Lopez-Ponce 26 yoa, Santa Fe, NM
2.Kaylene Andrada 21 yoa, Santa Fe, NM
Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to suspicious persons at the location. Upon arrival to the location, Deputies found a large underage party occurring in a foreclosed home. During the investigation, a Chevy Camaro was found parked inside the residence as they made forced entry into the residence through the French wooden doors. Above suspect Sergio admitted to parking his vehicle inside the residence. In addition, Sergio allowed minors to be served alcoholic beverages. During the investigation, suspect Kaylene concealed her true identity. Both suspects were arrested and booked accordingly.
