On 06-26-19 Deputies were dispatched to the area of State Road 502 mm 5 in reference to a Domestic. Los Alamos PD pulled the vehicle involved and stood by for Deputies to arrive. During the investigation it was learned the suspect was driving the vehicle and showed signs of intoxication. SFST's were attempted however, the defendant refused to participate. He was placed under arrest and refused chemical testing as per the NM Implied Consent Act. It was also learned the defendant had battered a family member during the domestic dispute. The defendant was booked accordingly on the above charges.
