Contact was made with the above subject which Deputies detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his person. SFST's were administered, which he showed signs of impairment. Subject blew a .23 210/ml and was booked accordingly.

During the traffic stop, Deputy detected an odor of an intoxicating beverage, slurred speech and bloodshot watery eyes. SFST's were administered, but driver continued to interrupt. Subject was arrested and read the NM implied Consent Advisory and refused. Subject charged and booked accordingly.
