A Santa Fe County Deputy initiated a traffic stop with a vehicle driven by Sandoval, after learning Sandoval was operating her vehicle while her license was revoked. The Deputy made contact with Sandoval and confirmed her license was revoked with the arrest clause and then arrested her without incident. Sandoval was taken to jail.

Deputy conducted a traffic stop on with above subject for failure to maintain his lane of travel. During the traffic stop, Deputy detected an odor emitting from subject's person. SFST's were administered and he showed signs of impairment. Subject was arrested and read the NM Implied Consent Advisory, which subject refused to submit to a chemical test. Subject was charged and booked accordingly.

Charges: Disorderly conduct, resisting/evading arrest, assault upon a peace officer, criminal damage to property.
Deputies responded to above location in reference to a battery on a peace officer. Pojoaque Tribal Police officers attempted to break up an altercation outside of the lounge and Sergio became disorderly and assaulted an officer and resisted arrest causing damage to a police officer's prescribed glasses. During this incident, Sergio's significant other battered a police officer. Both subjects were arrested and booked accordingly.
