On Tuesday June 26, 2018 Deputies responded to the aforementioned area in reference to an armed robbery. Victim reported at 3:30pm two unknown females asked to use her restroom. Victim reported once the females were inside they brandished a handgun and stole an undisclosed amount of currency. Suspect info is pending

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to an inmate in possession of a weapon (8 to 10 inch nail. Correction staff received a request for property from the inmate. Correctional staff searched the inmates property that he requested and found the contraband. Inmate was charged and re-booked accordingly.

Deceased: Female, 85, Denver, CO
On Monday, June 25, 2018 at approximately 3:34pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a female who was unresponsive. CPR was administered until medics arrived and took over life-saving procedures. Life-saving procedures were unsuccessful. OMI responded to location. There were no signs of foul play and the female appears to have passed away due to natural causes.

Deputies were dispatched to the listed location in reference to an auto burglary. Victim reported unknown suspects broke her window and stole the listed items. Case is under investigation.

Suspect: Deana Holt Espanola , NM
The victim was punched in the face by the suspect while incarcerated at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. The suspect was read her rights per Miranda and admitted to committing the battery. The victim wanted to press charges so the suspect was charged appropriately.
021810020 – Burglary / Larceny – 06-22-18

Residents noticed forced entry upon returning home. The window next to the rear door was broken and the door was ajar. In the living room, a glass T.V. table was broken and an L-shaped lug wrench was lying next to it. There appeared to be a failed attempt to remove the living-room television.
A different television was knocked off its stand in the upstairs bedroom and Jewelry was taken from the upstairs bedroom closet. Various gold rings, necklaces, and a bracelet ware noticed to be missing along with approximately $250 cash. A neighbor heard 'construction' sounds around 10 a.m. that morning and saw a white vehicle (possibly a car) parked near the back patio. The neighbor advised that she possibly heard male voices in the area but wasn't sure. The neighbor heard the vehicle speed off soon after.
0218010013 – Aggravated DWI – 06-22-18

Suspect: Jayden Louis Carlos – 24 - Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Aggravated DWI
On Friday June 22, 2018 at approximately 10:46 pm Deputies responded to assist deputies at a vehicle fire. A deputy was advised that the subject who had been driving the vehicle when it caught on fire was possibly intoxicated. Deputy contacted the driver of the vehicle who advised that he had been drinking and that he had driven the vehicle. The driver later changed his story and stated that he was not driving. Both the girlfriend and sister of the driver confirmed that the suspect had been driving. The suspect agreed to perform the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Signs of impairment were observed. The suspect was arrested. The Suspect refused a breath test.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

On Sunday, June 24, 2018 at approximately 2:31pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a residential burglary. An unidentified suspect(s) gained entry into the residence by forcing open a door and removed cash and a baby monitor from the residence. Investigation is ongoing.

Charges: Aggravated DWI, Roadways Laned for Traffic
On 06-23-18 the above individual was pulled over after he was observed failing to maintain his lane of travel. While speaking to the driver, he displayed signs of intoxication. The driver submitted to SFST's and was subsequently placed under arrest. The driver refused chemical testing. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly.
