Suspect: Alfren Griego, 39, Albuquerque, NM
Charges: Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle, Larceny
On Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at approximately 5:22pm, deputy made contact with the suspect as he was checking on the vehicle that was on the side of the road at location. Owner of the vehicle was on location and advised they were going to pick up the trailer at a different location and it wasn't there. Owner of the vehicle was able to provide proof of ownership and advised the suspect did not have permission to take the trailer. There were other items in the vehicle that did not belong to the suspect. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at approximately 8:00pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate found in possession of a controlled substance. Suspect was found in possession of suboxone and marijuana. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Suspect: Michael Rodriguez, 31, Espanola, NM
Charges: Driving While License Revoked, Reckless Driving, Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Suboxone
On Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at approximately 4:58pm, vehicle was observed passing other vehicles on the shoulder of the right side of the road going above the speed limit. A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with the driver, the suspect. Suspect was run through N.C.I.C. and returned with a revoked driver's license with the 66-8-122G arrest clause attached. Suspect was searched upon incident to arrest and was found in possession of Suboxone without a valid prescription. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Suspect had an outstanding arrest warrant for the original charge of Disorderly Conduct. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On 07/28/19 contact was made with the above individual, after he was found stopped in the lane of travel asleep. While speaking with the individual he displayed signs of impairment. After performing the SFST's he was placed under arrest. A legal breath test was completed with result being over the 0.08 BrAC legal limit. He was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility
