Victim reported her sister falsely used her true identity when she was arrested and booked at SFADC. During the investigation, the victim provided proof that she was at her employment when her sister was arrested. The suspect was charged accordingly while being incarcerated at Los Alamos Adult Detention Center.

Deputy observed a vehicle traveling on HWY 14 with the driver committing a traffic violation. The Deputy initiated a traffic stop and contacted the driver. The driver was found to have an active warrant issued for his arrest. The driver was arrested and taken to jail.

Deputy responded to location reference a male throwing rocks at two youths. Upon arrival, victims parent reported a male was throwing rocks at his two daughters almost striking them. Victim stated when confronted the male then threw rocks at him. Suspect was located and was arrested without incident.

Deputies were dispacthed to the frontage road area of US 84/284 near mile marker 180 in referecne to a motor vehicle crash hit and run. Contact was made with suspect who displayed signs of impairment. He was arrested for DWI and refused a breath test. He was booked into the Santa Fe County ADC without further incident.

Charges: DWI (Felony), Careless Driving
On Monday, May 28, 2018 at approximately 5:29pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute and a motor vehicle accident. Domestic was verbal only, but suspect got into the vehicle and attempted to leave. Suspect crashed the vehicle, and attempted to move the vehicle, but the vehicle was stuck. Suspect showed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest for DWI. Suspect was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory and refused to submit to a breath test. An inquiry on the suspect's driving history showed at least three prior DWI's, so a warrant was drafted for a blood draw. After the blood draw the suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. Vehicle was not seized due to damage the vehicle sustained.

Deputies were dispatched to the area of Camino San Jose earlier in the day for a Domestic Dispute. It was learned suspect battered his father. A warrant was issued. Suspect came home and father called Deputies that suspect was back. Deputies took custody of the suspect and booked him into SFCADC without incident.

Deputies were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival it was learned the suspect had battered his father by throwing a water bottle at him. Additionally the suspect through an additional water bottle at his mother, nearly striking her. Suspect fled prior to law enforcement arrival.
