Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to suspicious persons at the location. Upon arrival to the location, Deputies found a large underage party occurring in a foreclosed home. During the investigation, a Chevy Camaro was found parked inside the residence as they made forced entry into the residence through the French wooden doors. Above suspect Sergio admitted to parking his vehicle inside the residence. In addition, Sergio allowed minors to be served alcoholic beverages. During the investigation, suspect Kaylene concealed her true identity. Both suspects were arrested and booked accordingly.

Driver was stopped for speeding, A traffic stop was conducted and Deputy smelled an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his person. Suspect denied consuming alcoholic beverages. SFST's were administered, which he showed signs of impairment. Suspect was arrested for DWI. NM implied consent advisory was read, which suspect refused to submit to a breath test. Subject was booked accordingly.

Deputies spoke with the victim, who stated that between the hours of midnight and 0600 her vehicle was burglarized. The victim stated only a small tool set was taken from the vehicle. No damage was observed. Unknown suspect(s) at this time.

Deputies responded to the area in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Contact was made with the listed suspect who was found to be in possession of a crystal like substance which field tested positive for methamphetamine. During an inventory of the vehicle a glass pipe was located. Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

There were also several pills that had yet to be identified. He was booked accordingly on the above charges.

Above listed subject was located at the San Ysidro Xing trail head open space while the area was closed over night. She was identified and found to have an active warrant for her arrest out of State Of Colorado Department of Corrections for failing to comply with parole. She was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail as a fugitive from justice.
