Deputies were dispatched to a reckless driver who was possibly intoxicated. The vehicle was located and fled from Deputies after the initial traffic stop. A pursuit was initiated from mile post 42 until the suspect came to a stop at mile post 44. The subject refused to listen to deputies verbal commands and was placed on the ground and taken into custody. SFST's were not able to be conducted due to the high level of impairment. A warrant was drafted for the suspects blood as he had at least 3 prior DWI's. He was booked

Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a domestic. During the investigation, it was learned about suspect was involved in a physical altercation with his father. During the altercation, suspect stabbed him with multiple coloring pencils causing injury to the victims left ear. In addition, the suspect assaulted his mother. Suspect was arrested and booked at ADC.

Deputies responded to 5701 Herrera Drive(Wal-Mart) in reference to a male that located his stolen items on Facebook Market Place and agreed to meet. Deputies did surveillance in the area and the suspect arrived and was arrested with the victims stolen items. Suspect had a loaded 9mm in his waist band.

Subject was read the NM Implied consent advisory act, which he refused to submit to a chemical test. Subject was booked at ADC.
