ON 01-24-19 a traffic stop was conducted on a black Chevy Avalanche after it was observed failing to maintain its lane of travel. The above individual showed signs of impairment. The standardized field sobriety tests were conducted. He was placed under arrest and submitted to a breath test. He test results were more than twice the legal limit. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly.

Dispatched to a reckless driver check on NM 14, in reference to a black Chrysler convertible failing to maintain its lane. During the investigation it was learned the vehicle was stolen. The above individual stated she was in possession of the vehicle for the week but stated she was borrowing the vehicle from the owner. She was placed under arrest and booked accordingly into the Santa FE County Adult detention facility.

The above individual was stopped for failing to maintain his lane of travel. During the stop it was learned he had four warrants for his arrest issued out of the above jurisdictions. He was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at approximately 11:20 pm, deputy responded to location in reference to a commercial burglary alarm. Upon deputies arrival deputies discovered forced entry into the building. Surveillance video showed a male subject enter the business and remove items form the location. SFPD also had a commercial burglary where they located the suspect. the suspect matched the description of the suspect in the burglary on NM State Road 14.
