Location: Camino Del Rincon
Mascarenas had an active warrant issued by the Santa Fe County Magistrate Court. He was located at his residence. Due to him being a tribal member Pojoaque Tribal Police issued a waiver of extradition. He was then arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County ADC without further incident.

Location: Cottonwood Veterinary Clinic- La Puebla
Stolen: Cash Drawer with $16.00 in change
Deputies were dispatched to the Cottonwood Vet Clinic after the alarm had been activated. The owners son, who resides on the property went to check the alarm and found the door had been forced open. The victim reported only a cash drawer containing change appeared to be missing. No tire or foot prints were found around the building. Suspect information is pending at this time.

Location: Aspin Compound (Santa Fe Area)
Leo Cortez had one Santa Fe County Magistrate warrant and 4 Santa Fe City Municipal warrant for his arrested. He was located at his job site and arrested. He was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County ADC without further incident.

Arrested: Eric Ibuado 35 yoa male (Chamita)
Subject was stopped by Pojoaque Police in reference to a call from a gas station clerk advising the driver was intoxicated. Deputy arrived and assumed investigation, which revealed the male was impaired. He was arrested and submitted to a breath test which revealed a BrAC of .16.17. Subject was booked without incident.

Location: 28 Camino Justicia (Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center)
Suspects were found to be introducing contraband into the place of imprisonment while in visitation. Both suspects were booked and charged accordingly.

On 08-10-19 Deputies made contact with the above individual after it was learned he had two outstanding warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody without incident. He was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

On 08-11-19 Deputies made contact with the above individual after it was learned she had two active warrants for her arrest. She was taken into custody without incident. She was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Suspect was stopped for roadways laned for traffic that led to a DWI investigation. SFST's were administered the results did indicate impairment. there was an open container and a loaded revolver located inside the vehicle. Breath test results were .14/.12 the suspect was booked.

Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a domestic. During the investigation, it was learned about suspect was involved in a physical altercation with the victim and that suspect also damaged the victim's vehicle. Investigation is ongoing.

Deputies were dispatched to a reckless driver who was possibly intoxicated. The vehicle was located and fled from Deputies after the initial traffic stop. A pursuit was initiated from mile post 42 until the suspect came to a stop at mile post 44. The subject refused to listen to deputies verbal commands and was placed on the ground and taken into custody. SFST's were not able to be conducted due to the high level of impairment. A warrant was drafted for the suspects blood as he had at least 3 prior DWI's. He was booked
