On 04-18-19 a traffic conducted on a red Buick Park Avenue, after the registration was found to be expired. The driver was found to be driving on a revoked drivers license. He was taken into custody and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Charges: DWI (4thOffense), Driving while license revoked and Speeding
Vehicle was stopped for speeding on NM 503. Driver showed signs of intoxication. Standardized Field Sobriety test was administered and driver found to be impaired. The driver was found to be driving on a revoked license A blood draw was completed and the driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly.

Charges: Aggravated DWI and Speeding
Cpl. Garcia conducted a traffic stop on a silver BMW for speeding. Cpl. Garcia observed signs of intoxication. Standardized Field Sobriety Test was conducted and the driver was found to be impaired. Suspect refused chemical testing per the NM Implied Consent Act. She was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly.

Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Heroin; Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Methamphetamine; Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Xanax; Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Suboxone
On Thursday, April 18, 2019 at approximately 5:32pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate found in possession of a controlled substance. Suspect was found in possession of four different items, which were field tested and tested positive for Heroin, Methamphetamine, Suboxone, and Xanax. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Thursday, April 18, 2019 at approximately 3:03pm, Deputy observed the vehicle failing to maintain it's lane of travel. A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with the driver, the suspect. Suspect was run through N.C.I.C. and returned with a revoked license with the 66-8-122G arrest clause attached. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Deputy conducted a traffic stop on suspects vehicle for roadways laned for traffic. Upon contact with the driver he displayed signs of impairment. He was arrested and refused to provide a breath sample. He was booked into the Santa Fe County ADC without further incident.

Charges: Aggravated DWI, Careless Driving, Open Container
On Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at approximately 6:32pm, Deputies responded to the area in reference to a reckless driver. Vehicle was located and observed failing to maintain it's lane of travel as well as going into the opposing lane of traffic. Traffic stop was initiated and a short time later the vehicle came to a stop. Contact was made with the driver, who showed signs of impairment. Suspect refused to submit to the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Suspect was placed under arrest and read the NM Implied Consent Advisory and refused to submit to a breath test. Prior to towing the vehicle an open container of alcohol was located in the vehicle. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at approximately 5:12pm, Deputy observed the vehicle with a license plate that did not belong to the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. Suspect was run through N.C.I.C. and returned with a revoked license with the 66-8-122G arrest clause attached. Suspect was also unable to provide proof of insurance. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.
