Deputies were dispatched to above location to assist Pojoaque Tribal police on a fight in progress. Upon arrival to the location, it was learned above suspect had charged at Pojoaque Officer David Baldridge in an irate manner. Officer Baldridge attempted to restrain him as he resisted and in the process was kicked on the right ankle and left leg. Suspect was arrested and charged accordingly at ADC.

Suspect was stopped for driving into oncoming traffic, driver attempted to flee on foot and was apprehended. Driver refused field sobriety tests. He was arrested and it was discovered to be his 4th or subsequent DWI. He provided two breath samples of .27/.26. He was booked.
