On September 25, 2018 deputies conducted a traffic stop on the suspect's vehicle. Contact was made with driver who was emitting a strong odor of suspected marijuana. Driver submitted to SFST's and showed signs of impairment. Driver was charged with DWI and booked accordingly.

Victim advised that she had sent a check in the mail and an unknown suspect(s) stole the check, altered the check to a higher valued amount, changed who the check was made out to and cashed it. Investigation is ongoing.
