Deputies responded to above location in reference to Pojoaque Tribal Police conducting a traffic stop on above mentioned subject for speeding. During the traffic stop, it was learned the vehicle was reported stolen out of our agency. The above subject was arrested and transported to ADC where he was found in possession of suboxone. Subject was booked accordingly.

Deputies responded to the listed location in reference to a reckless driver. The vehicle was located and contact with the driver was made. The victim stated his vehicle was taken from the above location between July 27thand August 12th. The suspect gained entry onto the property by cutting the padlock to the front gate. Two small sheds had also been burglarized. The vehicle was not entered into NCIC at this time due to the owner not having any information on the vehicle. This case will be forwarded to the Criminal Investigation Division.
