Arrested: Cosme Bojorquez 51 yoa male (Santa Fe)
Subject was stopped after his vehicle was observed failing to maintain a single lane of travel. He was found to be intoxicated. SFST's were conducted and signs of impairment were observed. He was arrested and submitted to testing revealing a .15/.16 BrAC. He was booked accordingly.

Victim reported her vehicle was broken into in the parking lot and several items were stolen to include a purse with personal effects and a Kindle device. Case is under investigation.

On Sunday, February 10, 2019 at approximately 1:08pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate found in possession of a controlled substance. Suspect was found in possession of Heroin. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Saturday, February 9, 2019 at approximately 6:41pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate who had struck a corrections officer. It was learned that the suspect was found in possession of a controlled substance and while being moved to another location, punched a corrections officer. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Deputies were dispatched to above listed location for a Domestic Dispute. It was learned suspect battered victim and left the residence. Suspect was located and placed into custody. Suspect was transported with incident to SFCADC.

Location: 100 Block of Lower La Joya Road
Deputies were dispatched to the area listed in reference to a male not breathing. Santa Fe County Medics were performing life saving measures when deputies arrived, to no avail. It was learned victim had several medical issues. No foul play was observed.

Deputy was dispatched in reference to a large rock being thrown threw a bedroom window. Victim reported hearing a loud bang but did not see anyone flee the area.
DWI/ Careless Driving/ Possession of Controlled Substance x2/ 2/8/19

Suspect: Hana Messier 20 YOA
Deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to a motor vehicle rollover. upon making contact with the driver a strong odor of marijuana was detected. Driver submitted to SFST's and showed clues of impairment and was placed under arrest without incident.

Suspect: Alfonso Ornelas-Jimenez 52 YOA
Deputy attempted to stop vehicle for roadways laned for traffic. Vehicle evaded deputies until finally coming to a stop on Airport Road. Upon contacting the driver he had signs of intoxication and admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages. Suspect refused to submit to any tests. suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.
