Victim stated between March 15 and March 16 of this year vehicle was taken from his yard. No suspects at this time.

Deputies were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a male unconscious not breathing. Upon arrival medical units were attempting life saving measures however were not successful. The Office of Medical Investigation were summoned to the scene and no foul play was detected.

Suspect: Justin Reid
Deputy conducted a records check on the license plate being displayed and learned the plate did not return to the vehicle. A traffic stop was conducted and it was learned the driver had a revoked license for a prior DWI. Driver was arrested and charged accordingly. Vehicle was not seized due to the traffic stop occurring in Edgewood City limits.

On 03-19-18 the above individual was placed under arrest for two active warrants for her arrest. She was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly.

Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance, DWI, Careless Driving, No Insurance. Improper Use of Registration, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance to wit; Marijuana
On 03/17/18 Deputies responded to a motor vehicle crash on US 84/285 mm 181. While en route, the above driver was observed running from the scene and was located by an off duty Game and Fish Officer, who brought him back to the scene. During the investigation it was determined the driver was under the influence and a placed under arrest for DWI. A blood draw was conducted. The driver was also found to be in possession of a gallon bag of marijuana, a small baggie with a blue pill, a scale, a Pyrex pipe in a gray backpack. The vehicle was displaying a license plate belonging to another vehicle and no insurance could be located. Driver was booked into Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly.

Victim reported suspect arrived at her residence looking for their daughter. When the suspect was advised the daughter was not there a verbal argument ensued. Victim then closed and locked the door and suspect kicked door open striking victim causing injury. Suspect fled area prior to Law Enforcement arrival. Case is under investigation.

Charges: Aggravated Fleeing a Law Enforcement Officer, Resisting, Evading, or Obstructing an Officer, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Abandonment or Abuse of a Child, Criminal Damage to Property, Shooting from or at a Motor Vehicle.
On 03-17-19 Deputies responded to a report of an Aggravated Assault in progress. It was reported the above suspect was discharging a firearm into the ground following an altercation. Suspect was observed leaving the area in a gray in color Camry. A traffic stop was attempted and the suspect fled in the vehicle. The suspect was later located at a residence on Pueblito Road. The suspect was subsequently taken into custody.

Charges: Aggravated DWI, Speeding 72mph in a 45mph zone
On 03-16-18 Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a black Ford Escape after observing the vehicle speeding on US 84/285. Upon making contact with the driver, it was observed he was under the influence of intoxicating liquor and drugs. The driver was placed under arrest and submitted to chemical testing. The driver blew a .16 BrAC/ .16 BrAC. He was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Charges; Aggravated Battery Against a Household Member, Criminal Damage to Property of a Household Member
On Saturday, March 17, 2018 at approximately 7:31pm, deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Suspect and victim, who are boyfriend and girlfriend, got into a verbal argument. During the argument the suspect broke a glass. While the victim was cleaning up the glass, the suspect took a piece of the glass and cut the victim's arm. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. No one received any life-threatening injuries as a result of this incident.

On Saturday, March 17, 2018 at approximately 3:03pm, Deputy spoke with the victim, who advised that on Friday, March 16, 2018, the victim used his credit card to purchase gas at a gas pump. Shortly after getting gas, he was notified that the card was used at another location in the state to purchase items. Further investigation revealed that a card skimmer had been used to obtain credit card information at the gas pump. Investigation is ongoing.
