Deputies were dispatched to location reference to a male striking a female inside a vehicle. Deputies located the vehicle and the driver fled from law enforcement. Deputies were able to stop the vehicle in the Rio Chiquito area. The suspect was arrested and charged accordingly.

Deputies stopped the suspect for speeding. It was discovered he had a revoked license with the arrest clause. He refused SFST's and chemical testing and an open container was located inside the vehicle. He was booked.

Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a fight. Upon arrival, Deputies learned suspect battered his girlfriend and damaged the home. Subject was transported to ADC and booked accordingly.

Suspect was involved in a motor vehicle crash witnessed by an off duty Deputy. Driver left the scene and was located by Deputies. The driver was administered SFST's and it was determined he was impaired. He was arrested and booked.

Deputies received a call of a reckless driver traveling south on NM 14 possibly intoxicated. Corrections officer were following the vehicle, which the vehicle finally stopped at mile marker 38. Contact was made with the driver, who had blood shot water eyes and slurred speech. Driver exited the vehicle and refused to perform SFST's. Subject was arrested and read the NM implied consent advisory act, which he agreed to submit to a breath test. Subject blew a .30 BrAC and .28 BrAC. Subject was charged and booked at ADC.

Deputies responded to location reference to suspects attempting to steal a overhead camper from a property. Upon arriving, they located the suspect with the camper on a vehicle still on the property. During their investigation, they determined the suspect forced entry into the home and then located a stolen forearm in the suspects vehicle. The suspect was arrested without incident and taken to jail where he was charged accordingly.

Deputies were dispatched to the location reference to a burglary. Upon arriving, Deputies determined no burglary had been committed but located a stolen vehicle on the property. Ponce stated he knew the vehicle was stolen and was arrested without incident.

location: Village Of Agua Fria (4200 Agua Fria Block) Lone Star MHP
On March 28, 2019 at approximately 11:06PM, deputy attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle after he observed the vehicle drift into his lane. As the deputy was attempting to locate the suspect he found that it had struck one vehicle and fled the scene. The suspect vehicle was found shortly after and had struck a mobile home.
When the suspect vehicle hit the mobile home it caused a gas leak and PNM was summons to the scene to shut the gas off. The driver of the white Chevy was transported to St. Vincent Hospital where a DWI investigation was conducted. The driver was found to be impaired and was subsequently arrested. A search warrant for blood was drafted and executed. The driver was later medically cleared and booked into ADC.
