Deputies made contact with the suspect due to outstanding arrest warrants. Upon arriving at the location the suspect fled on foot and was apprehended a short time later. Suspect had suboxone on his person without a prescription. Suspect was booked accordingly.

Subject was stopped for a traffic violation and found to have an active felony arrest warrant out of the FIrst Judicial District Court. He was arrested and booked. While being booked a correctional officer, found suspected heroin in the suspects anal area. He was booked without incident.

Deputy stopped vehicle for driving with no lights on at about 12:45 a.m. The driver concealed his identity and gave a false name. The male then was identified as above listed and found to have a revoked license for a prior DWI conviction. He was booked without incident.

On Sunday May 5, 2019 deputies were dispatched to I-25 and the La Cienega exit, in regards to a reckless driver. A White Chevy Pickup was observed unable to maintain its lane of travel. I conducted a traffic stop and upon making contact, I smelled a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from within the vehicle. Driver had bloodshot watery eyes and slurred speech. Driver admitted to consuming alcohol. I administered SFST’s and observed Impairment. Driver's BrAC test results were 0.09, 0.09. Suspect was also served a bench warrant for driver to be licensed. The driver was arrested and booked at ADC.

Victim reported that between 0130 & 0430 hours an unknown person gained entry into her vehicle and stole her purse which had US currency and credit cards inside. Case is under investigation.

Victim was on hospice, and did not feel well. Victim passed away. No foul play was observed. OMI took over the incident.
