Deputies were dispatched to assist Pojoaque Police Department on a traffic stop where the driver had almost struck the officer while he was on another traffic stop. The driver had an odor of marijuana, admitted to smoking an hour prior to driving and consuming a 16 oz beer. He showed signs of impairment during SFST's and was arrested. He consented to a blood draw and was booked.
