Victim reported upon waking up this morning she found her unsecured vehicle had been burglarized sometime during the nighttime hours. Victim reported the listed items stolen from the vehicle. Case is under investigation.

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to a residence regarding a report of a Breaking and Entering. Upon arrival, it was discovered that an unknown person(s) damaged a sliding glass door to the reporting parties residence. This case is currently under investigation.

On October 3, 2018 Deputies responded to Wildflower Drive in reference to a B&E. Victim reported someone drilled out the lock at the residence door. Victim believes it was the previous resident who was evicted. Victim was last at the residence on Sept. 24, 2018 and house was secure. Deputies were unable to make contact with suspect.

On October 3, 2018 Deputies were dispatched to Dilia Court in reference to a larceny. Victim reported someone stole her Beagle puppy sometime between 12:00-12:30 (10/3/18) from her property. Victim believes she may know who the suspect is who was in the area.

Unknown suspect(s) gained entry into above residence through the open garage and stole the above mentioned items. Case is under investigation.

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to a residence in reference to a welfare check. Upon further investigation, a female subject was located unconscious and unresponsive inside the residence. Santa Fe County medics were summonsed to the location and no signs of life were present. The office of the medical investigator was contacted and arrived at the location. No signs of foul play were located.

Charges: Reckless driving, Leaving the scene of an accident
Deputies responded to above location in reference to a domestic dispute. Victim reported above suspect drove onto the property and struck a parked Chevrolet pickup, and a metal post which was part of a shed and fled from the scene. At this time, suspect drove recklessly and was involved in another crash. Subject was arrested and booked at ADC.

Valdez was contacted by police after observing him in the area. Valdez was found to have an active warrant issued for his arrest. Valdez was taken to jail and booked accordingly.

While investigating a Motor Vehicle Crash suspect was a passenger in a vehicle that was involved. Suspect was uncooperative. Suspect was ran with information given and had two active warrants. While being booked a black tar substance was located and suspect confirmed it was heroin. Suspect was rebooked on Possession of a Controlled substance.
