Victim reported on todays date, unknown suspect(s) cut the barb wire fence to gain entry into his property. Unknown suspect(s) damaged the screen door and broke the sliding glass door with an unknown object and gained entry into residence and stole the above mentioned item. Case is under investigation.

Victim reported to deputy that she had been battered by the suspect during an altercation. Victim had visible injuries which were documented. A warrant was drafted for the suspect for numerous crimes. Case is under investigation.

Deputies stopped a vehicle for speeding and discovered the driver had a revoked license with the arrest clause. He placed under arrest and booked.

Victim advised he listed a vehicle for sale on line. Victim advised he received a text from someone interested in the vehicle. Suspect sent victim a check, but put $3,100 more than the price. Suspect advised Victim to deposit the check then take the extra $3,100 and deposit it in their account. The victim has not be able to get ahold of the suspect since he deposited the money in his account. The victim advised several days later they learned the check was fraudulent and the money was removed from their account.

I met with the victim who is in the process of moving to Maryland. Victim advised an unknown suspect gained entry to the home through either an unlocked door or doggie door. There was no forced entry to the home. Taken from inside the home were the above mentioned items. Suspect information is pending at this time.

On Friday, April 19, 2019 at approximately 6:45pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate with an outstanding arrest warrant. Suspect had an outstanding arrest warrant for the original charges of Improper Use of Evidence of Registration, and No Proof of Insurance. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. The arrest warrant was for the original charges of Battery on a Household Member, Criminal Damage to Property of a Household Member, Child Abuse, and Unlawful Use of Telecommunications.

On 04-19-19 Deputies were dispatched to Cities of Gold Road in reference to a Domestic Dispute. Pojoaque Tribal PD was out with the parties involved. During the investigation it was determined the above suspect battered the victim who is a household member. He was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.
