On 11/30/18 deputies responded to the above location in reference to a male subject passed out inside a vehicle with a needle in his arm. Upon deputies arrival it was determined the vehicle was entered as stolen on 11/30/18 from the Albuquerque area. suspect was booked into Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly.

Suspect #2: Jesus Arvizo 28 yoa, Alamosa, CO
Deputies responded to above location in reference to a fight in progress. upon arrival two victims were located. Victim #1 had been struck with a glass bottle causing a large laceration to the back of the head. Victim #2 sustained a broken jaw and loss of a tooth. Above suspects were located at the scene and were arrested and booked accordingly.

Charge: DWI, Red Light Violation, No Insurance, No Registration
On 11-30-18 a traffic stop was conducted on a white Mazda car, after observing the vehicle fail to stop at a red light at the intersection of SR 599 and Paseo Real. Upon speaking to the driver (Eric Valdez), displayed signs of intoxication. The driver was given the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, during which the driver showed signs of impairment. The driver submitted to a breath test which showed he was over the 0.08 BrAC legal limit. He was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.
