While investigating a separate incident, Deputies made contact with the listed suspect. Suspect was found to be in possession of a hypodermic needle with a brown liquid. Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

Vehicle: 1992 white Toyota Land Cruiser
Suspect: Michael Salazar, 42, Espanola, NM
Charges: Aggravated DWI, Driving While License Revoked, Passing in a No Passing Zone
On Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at approximately 6:57pm, Deputy observed vehicle in the area pass another vehicle in a no passing zone. A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with the driver, the suspect. Signs of impairment were observed and the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered. The suspect continued to show signs of impairment and was placed under arrest for DWI. The suspect was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory and agreed to submit to a breath test. Suspect was ran through N.C.I.C. and returned with a revoked driver's license with the 66-8-122G arrest clause attached. Suspect provided two breath samples that were 0.16 or higher. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Frazier arrived at the SFCADC and advised he wanted to turn himself in. Deputy made contact with Frazier and verified he indeed had a warrant for his arrest. Frazier was arrested and booked at the jail.

Arrested: Melinda Arnold Age: 64 Socorro, NM
Arnold was stopped by Deputy after observing a traffic violation. Deputy contacted the driver and she was found to have an active arrest warrant. Arnold was arrested and taken to jail.
