Location: 3000 Block of Highway 14

 The property owner advised that he noticed that 75 bales of alfalfa were stolen off his property slowly within the past week. Victim advised he believes a  previous employee, who is stealing the property. He did not have any other information on the employee and did not observe any other property missing.

Victim advised between December 4 2018 and December 5, 2018 an unknown person(s) cut the lock to two storage sheds. It appears nothing was taken at this time. No suspect were identified at this time.


0218020219 / Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia / 12-5-18

Location: 28 Camino Justicia (County Jail)

Suspect: Edmund Rios

Suspect was found in possession of 10 strips of an orange film like substance consistent with Suboxone and a syringe.  Suspect was booked accordingly.

Victim: 46 Year Old Male

Location: 100 Block of Jimenez /Romero Road

Deputies were dispatched to the aforementioned location for an unresponsive male. Life saving techniques were done, to no avail. Victim had several medical issues. OMI was notified no foul play was observed.

Victim: 49 Year Old Male

Victim was notified by a creditor that he owed a balance from an electricity company in Connecticut. Victim advised he has never lived there and someone was using his information.

Victim advised he was contacted by a person falsely claiming to be a Sheriff Deputy.  Victim advised the unknown male told him he had warrants for his arrest and demanded prepaid visa cards for payment or the victim would be arrested.  Victim complied and later found out it was a scam.  Case is under investigation.

Victim advised between June and November mail and packages were taken from their mailbox.  Additionally a credit card was taken and used without consent.  Case is under investigation.
