On Thursday, November 29, 2018 at approximately 6:14pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate with an outstanding arrest warrant. Suspect had an arrest warrant for failure to pay fines. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Suspect: Ramiro Jacobo

Deputy conducted a traffic stop on the listed suspect.  Upon running his driver's license through NCIC it was determined the suspect's privileges to drive had been revoked.  Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

Location: Tesuque Casino

Security advised above listed suspect was attempting to claim winnings from another individual. It was reported that the suspect attempted to use a fake paper ID. Contact was made with the suspect who admitted to altering the ID to retrieve the winnings.  The suspect was arrested and charged accordingly. He was booked into the Santa Fe County ADC without further incident.

Suspect: Jason Miller, 43, Madrid, NM

Charges: Battery Against a Household Member, Assault Against a Household Member, Criminal Damage to Property of a Household Member

On Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at approximately 12:33pm, deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Victim and suspect were involved in an argument. During the argument suspect threatened to batter and victim, battered the victim, and broke several windows to the residence and vehicles. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. Victim did not have any life-threatening injuries.

On Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at approximately 10:15pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a male turning himself in for outstanding warrants that he had. It was confirmed that the suspect had two outstanding warrants for Failure to Comply with Conditions of Probation, and for Failure to Pay Fines. Suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Stolen and recovered: White 2004 Yamaha ATV

Unknown suspect(s) stole above mention item sometime on 11-25-2018 around 10pm and today's date around 6am.  While leaving the property, unknown suspects cut the neighbors pad lock in attempt to cross properties, but were unsuccessful as they left ATV on the property. ATV returned to owner. Case is under investigation.
