It was reported that the above listed female suspect got into a physical altercation with the victim. During the altercation the victim reported that the male suspect pulled a gun from his waist band and pointed it at the victim. Both the male and female suspects fled the scene prior to our arrival. Later that night the female suspect was located and was arrested for conspiracy to commit a felony along with an outstanding warrant for her arrest. She was booked into the Santa Fe County ADC without further incident. An arrest warrant was drafted for the male suspect. This investigation is on going.

Charges: Burglary of a Motor Vehicle, Larceny
On Saturday, July 7, 2018 at approximately 6:50pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. An unknown suspect(s) gained entry into the vehicle through an open window and removed a wallet containing cash, credit cards, and a driver's license. Investigation is ongoing.

Vehicle: 1997 white Ford F150
Suspect: Vicente Olivas, 49, Center, CO
Charges: Aggravated DWI, Driver Must Be Licensed, Open Container
On Saturday, July 7, 2018 at approximately 2:40pm, Deputy observed the above suspect, who was driving the vehicle, get out of the driver's seat and begin pushing the vehicle. Deputy assisted to get the vehicle off of the roadway. Suspect showed signs of intoxication and the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered. Suspect continued to show signs of impairment and was placed under arrest for DWI. Suspect was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory and agreed to submit to a breath test. Breath test results showed the suspect's BrAC to be 0.16 or higher. The driver did not possess a valid driver's license and an open container was located inside the main cabin of the vehicle. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. Vehicle was not seized due to the suspect not having any prior DWIs.

On Friday, July 6, 2018 at approximately 2:24pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a burglary. An unknown suspect(s) gained entry into the residence by forcing open the door. Damage was caused to the door, but it did not appear anything was taken once entry was gained. Investigation is ongoing.

Suspect: Leroy Carillo Age: 58
On Friday July 6, 2018 Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Grazing Elk for a vehicle occupied by Leroy. It was discovered Leroy had a revoked drivers license with an arrest clause. Leroy was arrested and booked at the Santa Fe County Jail.

Incident Location: US 84/285, Arroyo Seco Area
Person Arrested: Leon Urban, 45 year old male subject
On the aforementioned date, Deputies initiated a traffic stop in reference to traffic violations. Contact was made with the above mentioned male subject. Upon contact, it was discovered that the male subject's driver's license was suspended/revoked with the arrest clause, in addition to an active warrant for his arrest. The male subject was taken into custody and transported to the adult detention center, where he was charged and booked without incident. The vehicle was seized per Santa Fe County's seizure ordinance.

On Thursday July 5, 2018 Deputies responded to the area for a stolen tractor. Victim reported someone between July 4, 2018 and July 5, 2018 someone stole his Yamaha tractor. There is currently no suspect information.
