On 12-04-17 a traffic stop was conducted on a white Mazda 3 for speeding at the above location. The driver, Mr. Sanchez was found to be driving while his license was revoked. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Vehicle: 2004 white Subaru Outback
On Monday, December 4, 2017 at approximately 11:11pm, a traffic stop was conducted on vehicle for no tail lamps. Contact was made with the driver, the suspect, who returned with two active arrest warrants out of N.C.I.C. Dispatch confirmed the warrants and the suspect was placed under arrest. One warrant was out of Santa Fe County Magistrate Court for failure to appear on the original charges of Driving While License Suspended, Expired Registration of a Motor Vehicle, No Proof of Insurance, No Seat Belts, and Failure to Notify Motor Vehicle Division of Change of Address or Name. The second warrant was out of Sandoval County Magistrate Court for failure to appear on the original charges of No Driver's License and No Proof of Insurance. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Suspect was an inmate at location and had a warrant for his arrest for a Grand Jury Indictment for charges of Trafficking X 2, Concealing Identity, Resisting, Evading or Obstructing an Officer, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Speeding, and No Driver's License. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Sunday, December 3, 2017 at approximately 9:30pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Suspect and victim were involved in a verbal argument. During the argument the suspect battered the victim. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. No one received any life-threatening injuries as a result of this incident.

Original charge on the warrant was for Concealing Identity. Suspect was taken to the Christus St. Vincent Hospital where he was medically cleared, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Sunday, December 3, 2017 at approximately 2:37am, Deputy responded to location in reference to someone who had resisted police. Suspect was being escorted out of one of the clubs when he pulled away from law enforcement and continued to resist until he was handcuffed. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Saturday, December 2, 2017 at approximately 9:01pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. Victim advised he had left his vehicle with a friend and the vehicle was no longer there. Vehicle was not located and entered into N.C.I.C. as stolen.

Charges: Driving While License Revoked, Speeding
On Saturday, December 2, 2017 at approximately 9:03pm, Deputy observed the vehicle traveling at a speed 15 to 20 miles per hour over the speed limit. A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with the suspect, who was the driver. Driver was run through N.C.I.C. and the driver returned with a revoked driver's license with the 66-8-122G arrest clause attached. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. Due to the revocation being due to a prior DWI, the vehicle was seized and taken to the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office Seizure lot under the Santa Fe County Seizure Ordinance 2006-5 amended 2013-5.
