Charges: Santa Fe Municipal Court warrant

Contact was made with the above individual, during which time it was learned he had an active warrant for his arrest out the Santa Fe Municipal Court. The warrant was for failure to appear on charges of Shoplifting, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Concealing Identity. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly.

On 05-24-18 contact was made with the above listed individual. While speaking to the individual it was learned he had two active bench warrants issued out of San Miguel County Magistrate Court. The warrants were for failing to appear on traffic violations. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly.

Charges: Theft of Identity, Fraud, Larceny

On Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at approximately 4:12pm, Deputy spoke with the victim. An unidentified suspect(s) stole the victim's mail and made fraudulent withdrawals from the victim's bank account and used the victim's debit card to make purchases. Investigation is ongoing.

On today's date, I was dispatched by Santa Fe Regional Emergency Communication Center to Santa Fe Adult Detention center in reference to a warrant service. Upon arrival, I made contact with suspect and advised him of his current warrant. Suspect advised he was aware of it and was waiting to be served. Suspect was re-booked without incident. Suspect is a Fugitive from Yavapai, Arizona.

Charges: DWI

On 05-23-18 a bolo or a reckless driver was given out by Santa Fe County Regional Emergency Communication Center. The bolo was in reference to a red 4 door car, which was almost striking other vehicles and the center barrier as it traveled south on US 84/285. The vehicle was located pulling over onto the shoulder and turing off its lights. Contact was made with the driver who displayed signs of intoxication. SFST's were administered and the driver showed signs of impairment. He was placed under arrest and agreed to a breath test, his results were above the .08 legal limit. The individual was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly. The driver did not have any prior DWI's and his vehicle was towed.

Stolen: $10.00 cash

On 05-22-18 the victim reported between 7:30pm and 8:15pm, an unknown person entered her unlocked car door and removed about $10.00 in coin from her ash tray. The victim stated she did not see anyone in the area that may have taken the money. Suspect information is pending.
