On Thursday, January 10, 2019 at approximately 6:09pm, Deputy observed vehicle speeding in the area. A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with the suspect, who was driving. Suspect showed signs of impairment and agreed to submit to the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Suspect displayed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest for DWI. Suspect was read the NM Implied Consent Advisory and agreed to submit to a breath test. Suspect provided two breath samples that were more than 0.08 g/210L. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Victim stated someone broke into her house through a window located in the rear of her house between 1:45pm and 2:30pm. Listed items were taken from the residence. Investigation is on going.

Deputies were dispatched to the 100 Block of Paseo Los Pereas in reference to the suspect and victim involved in a physical altercation. Evidence on scene showed suspect battered victim who is an ex-wife. Suspect was booked without incident.

Arrested: Andrew Gonzales 28-year-old male from Santa Fe
On 1-9-19 Deputies responded to a domestic violence call at the above location. The investigation revealed Mr. Gonzales battered and assaulted a household member during a dispute. he was placed under arrest on scene and resisted Deputies. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail on the above charges.

On 01/08/19 the above individual was found to be in possession of a white crystal substance, which is consistent with Methamphetamine, and a syringe. The items were found during a search at the jail. The above individual was booked accordingly.
