Items taken: 10 credit cards, $300 Cash, a driver's license and Voter ID Card

Deputies were dispatched to the above listed address in reference to an Auto Burglary. Sometime between 10/9/18 10:21pm and 10/10/18 2:30AM, unknown suspects gained unlawful entry into the victim's vehicle and stole above listed items.  This investigation is ongoing.

On October 9, 2018 Deputies served an arrest warrant at the Santa Fe County Jail on an inmate identified as Mariana Lucero.  The warrant was for failure to pay fines on the original charge of fraudulent use of a credit card.

Damaged: 3 automated gates valued at $1000

It was learned an unknown suspect(s) used his vehicle to push open 3 residential gates by slowly driving into the gates at Las Campanas area and damaging all 3 gates. Case is under investigation.

Victim: 30 Year Old Male

On October 8, 2018 at approximately 2:39pm, Deputies responded  to Carson Valley Way in reference to a burglary. Spoke with victim who stated he was checking his surveillance system due to recent burglaries in the area. Victim said he observed on Friday October 5, 2018 at approximately 1:30am an unknown suspect burglarized his vehicle.  They entered through unlocked passenger side door and stole listed item.  Incident is currently under investigation. 


0218017067-Identity Theft-Fraud-10/8/18

Victim: 51 Year old Female

 

On October 8, 2018 at approximately 12:55pm, Deputies responded  Entrada Road in reference to a stolen identity report. Made contact with the victim who stated today she checked her credit report and observed an unauthorized collection debt for the amount of $686.00 dollars.  Victim stated the collection account was from an electric company out of Texas – GEXA Energy 1st.  Victim was unsure who may have opened the account.  Incident currently under investigation.

Victim: 73 Year Old Male

Victim stated between October 6th and October 7th an unknown person went into his unlocked vehicle and took $80. in coins. No suspects at this time.

Suspect was contacted by Tesuque PD for giving a false name at the Camel Rock Casino. Suspect gave her real and she had active warrants for her arrest. Deputies were dispatched and suspect was taken into custody and booked.

Deputies were dispatch to the area of Highway 14 in reference to a male stumbling on the road way. Contact was made and male and he was wanting a ride into town. He was searched prior to entering the back seat of the Sheriff's Unit. Suspect advised he did not have anything on him. He was found in possession of heroin. Suspect was arrested and booked without incident.


0218016932 / Shoplifting, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Heroin / 10-5-18

Location: US 84/285 - Family Dollar

Suspects: Angelina Jaramillo, Jerome Deaguero

Deputies responded to the Family Dollar in reference to a female shoplifting.  Contact was made with the listed suspects and items from the store were located in her purse.  During the investigation the male was found in possession of heroin and Xanax and the female in possession of marijuana and had two active warrants for arrest.  Both suspects were arrested and booked accordingly.
