Above subject was involved in a single vehicle crash at the above location. Subject contacted SFPD in regards to reporting the crash. Above subject was transported to Saint Vincent's hospital for his injuries. During the investigation, subject admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages. SFST's were administered, which he showed signs of impairment. Implied consent advisory act was read, which he agreed to submit to a blood draw pending results. Subject was arrested and booked on above charges accordingly.

On 08-10-18, Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a Domestic Dispute. During the investigation it was learned the suspect (arrestee) assaulted the victim, by swinging a pipe wrench at the victim. The victim was not struck and was able to leave the residence. Deputies learned the suspect also had a warrant for her arrest for a previous domestic out of Rio Arriba Magistrate Court.
The suspect was located at a neighbors residence and taken into custody. After being taken into custody and transported to SFCADF, she was found to be in possession of heroin, cocaine, and suboxone. She was booked accordingly.

Charges: Possession of a Deadly Weapon by Prisoner, Criminal Damage to property
On 08-09-18, the above listed individual was found to be in possession of two homemade knives, while incarcerated at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. The weapons were made out of hard plastic taken of a plastic bin belonging to the suspect. He was booked accordingly on the above charges.

On Wednesday, August 9, 2018 I was traveling south on US 84/285 and was approaching the La Puebla Intersection.As I got closer to the intersection I observed a White Dodge pickup truck doing a burnout and fishtailing as it began to travel north on US 84/285. It should be noted heavy traffic was around the pickup truck as it was driving recklessly.I initiated a traffic stop and spoke with and took the driver into custody. Mr. Chavez was transported to SFCADF and was booked accordingly.

On Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at approximately 1:39pm, deputies responded to location in reference to a motor vehicle accident. The vehicle had crashed into another vehicle and fled the area. Vehicle was located a short distance from the location of the crash with the driver identified as the suspect. Suspect showed signs of impairment and submitted to the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Suspect displayed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest for DWI. Suspect was read the NM Implied Consent Advisory for a blood draw and refused to submit to a blood draw. Upon search incident to arrest, suspect was found in possession of marijuana and suboxone, but did not a prescription for them. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. Vehicle was towed from the scene.

On August 7, 2018, I was flagged down by a female requesting help with her son. When I arrived on scene, an attempt was made to contact the suspect. However, he did not answer the door. Smoke was observed coming from a bedroom window, and when entry was made on the residence there was a fire on top of the stove. The fire was extinguished. The suspect left a note stating he was going to burn the house down. The suspect also broke several items inside the residence prior to leaving the residence. A warrant was drafted for the suspect after he was not located in the area.
