Victim reported to Deputy that sometime today between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. unknown persons gained unlawful entry into her home and stole the listed type of items. Case is under investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to location for a welfare check on the listed person. Upon arriving, the female was found to have an outstanding warrant for her arrest. The subject was taken to jail where she was also found to have in her possession a small amount of heroin. Subject was charged accordingly.

Deceased: Male, 47, Santa Fe, NM

On Monday, November 13, 2017 at approximately 8:18pm, deputies responded to location in reference to a male who was unconscious and not breathing. Life saving procedures were administered, but were unsuccessful. The office of the medical investigator was called to the scene. There were no signs of foul play. Investigation is ongoing.

Suspect/ Arrested; Ernest Cervantes 37yrs

On today's date deputies conducted a traffic stop on suspects vehicle.  A driver's license check was conducted which revealed that the suspect was revoked due to prior DWI.  He was arrested and the vehicle was seized.  Suspect was booked into the SF County ADC.

Deputies responded to the above location regarding a domestic disturbance.  After the completion of the investigation deputies learned the above arrestee had an outstanding warrant for his arrest.  The subject was arrested and booed accordingly.


0217016988 / Trafficking a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Stop Sign Violation, No Insurance / 11-12-17

Location: Rancho Viejo Blvd / Via Punto Nuevo

Suspect: Kendell Pavinyama

Suspect was contacted after running a stop sign.  Upon contact it was found the driver did not have insurance for his vehicle.  A strong odor of burnt marijuana was coming from the vehicle.  A subsequent search of the vehicle revealed several marijuana smoking devices, numerous small plastic bags as well as a glass jar with individually packaged bags of marijuana.  During interviews suspect admitted to selling marijuana.  Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.
