On 2/20/19 victim reported hearing a loud crash outside the residence. As the victim went outside to further investigate it was discovered that an unknown suspect had gained entry to her vehicle and took her car battery. Incident is under investigation.

Deputies responded to a report of a possible impaired driver on I-25. Deputies were able to locate the suspected impaired driver when they initiated they vehicle failed to stop leading the deputies on a short pursuit. upon making contact with the driver he was discovered to be highly intoxicated. suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.
