On Tuesday, April 10, 2018 Deputies responded to a call for served at the aforementioned address. Deputies came in contact with Hector and learned he was two warrants for his arrest for failure to appear on the original charges of aggravated assault and shoplifting. Hector was booked at the Santa Fe County Jail.

Deputies responded to the listed location in reference to a motor vehicle crash. During the investigation the suspect was found with a green leafy substance consistent with marijuana and a smoking device. Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

Nathan Hamilton was stopped by a sheriff's deputy after observing a traffic violation. Upon contacting Hamilton, the deputy observed signs of intoxication and requested he submit to chemical testing. Hamilton agreed and displayed signs of impairment. Hamilton was arrested and agreed to chemical testing. The results of the test were .13, .12. Hamilton was transported to jail where he was booked accordingly.

Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to medics responding to an elderly female breathing irregularly. Medics arrived on scene and found the victim not conscious and not breathing. In addition, the elderly had a DNR in place. OMI responded to location and found no signs of foul play.
