On Thursday, April 12, 2018 Deputies responded to the aforementioned location in reference to a welfare check. It was discovered the suspect battered his father during an argument. The suspect arrested and booked at the Santa Fe County Jail.

Victim reported he received an email from a male posing to be his friend in another state. Suspect told victim he needed money to assist his niece. Victim sent money via iTunes gift cards. Suspect then contacted victim again demanding more money. Victim reported at this time he realized it was a scam. Case is under investigation.

Stolen: Gold Baume Merci watch and gold earrings
Value: $12,000.00
On April 12th, 2018 the victim reported someone had entered her apartment and stole her gold earrings and gold watch. The victim stated she had left the items on the shelf above the sink and the items were no longer there. No forced entery was located. The victim noticed the items missing on April 11th, 2018 in the morning when she went to leave the apartment. Suspect information is pending at this time.

Taken: a green gym bag with miscellaneous clothing items inside.
Victim reported that his vehicle was broken into in the parking lot of the college while he was in class. Suspect(s) gained entry to the vehicle through the driver side window and took above listed items. This incident is currently under investigation.

Charges: Tampering with Evidence and Possession of Drug Paraphenalia
On 04/11/18 the above suspect was found asleep on the passenger side of a vehicle parked on Case Road . While conducting my investigation a black zippered bag was found laying outside the passenger side of the vehicle. After reviewing in car dash camera it was found that the suspect tossed the black zippered bag containing drug paraphernalia out of the vehicle. Suspect was arrested, charged, and booked into ADC.

On 04/12/18 contact was made with the above individual. While speaking to the individual it was learned he had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. The warrant was failing to appear on a DWI offense. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center without incident.

Charges: Two outstanding Bench Warrants. One issued out of Santa Fe First Judicial District Court. The other issued out of Santa Fe Municipal Court.
On 04/11/18 contact was made with the above individual. While speaking to the individual, she was found to have to active warrants for her arrest. The District Court warrant was for failing to appear on an indictment for Possession of a Controlled Substance. The Municipal Court warrant was for failing to appear on traffic offenses. She was taken into custody and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On Wednesday April 11, 2018 Deputies responded to the Santa Fe County Jail in reference to an inmate being found with contraband on his person. Jail staff located a controlled substance on the inmate and drug paraphernalia. The suspect was charged and rebooked.

Deputies were dispatched to the area of Lopez Lane in reference a suspicious person call and observed the suspect and victim actively fighting. The suspect and victim were siblings and the victim wanted to press charges. The suspect was arrested and booked

Victim was contacted by a male identified as David Roe posing as a sales person with a computer company. Suspect advised the victim they owed him a refund on some recent computer work. Suspect then defrauded victim of a large sum of currency from his account after the victim provided remote access to his computer. Case is under investigation.
