Deputy conducted a traffic stop on said person in October 2017. Driver identified himself as another person and signed to pay the ticket. On 3-21-2018 Deputy learned the suspect used the victims personal information when the victim received a letter from MVD suspending his license. A criminal summons was issued.

The suspect was first encountered by the Pojoaque Tribal Police who found him to be in possession of syringes. When deputies arrived on the scene the syringes were checked and one was found to contain some heroin.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

On March 22, 2018 Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a motor vehicle crash. It was learned a an argument ensued between the suspect and driver resulting in the crash. Suspect admitted to jerking the steering wheel to the right. Suspect was booked accordingly.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to an ambulance assistance. Medic personnel arrived on scene and did not find any signs of life. During the investigation, the above deceased was found to have a self inflicted injury to the head. OMI arrived on scene and did not find any signs of foul play.
