On 07-17-18 Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to an Aggravated Assault report. During the investigation it was learned the victim had been battered by an unknown assailant. The victim had bruising to her left and right eyes, as well as a laceration to her lip. The victim reported an unknown male entered her residence and battered her. Suspect identification is pending at this time.

Victim reported sometime between 2:30 am and 8:00 am unknown suspect gained unlawful entry into her vehicle by breaking a window. Nothing was reported stolen from the vehicle however the vehicle had been rummaged through. Case is under investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to listed location in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. Victim reported the listed vehicle stolen some time between Friday July 13, 2018 at 5:00 PM and Monday July 16, 2018 at 8:00 AM. Numerous wood working tools were inside the van.

Charges Resisting Obstructing an Officer, Reckless Driving, Driving While License is suspended.
On 07-14-18 Tesuque Tribal PD attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a white Ford Mustang, after it was observed passing on the shoulder and speeding. The driver of the vehicle (Rivas) failed to bring the vehicle to stop in a timely manner and continued to driving south on US 84/ 285 into Santa Fe, NM. The vehicle came to a stop at the intersection of St. Francis Drive and Alamo Drive. The driver was taken into custody at that time by Tesuque Tribal PD. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center on the above charges.
