On 07-14-18 Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a Domestic Dispute. During the investigation it was learned the above individual battered a household member, causing minor injuries. He was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Deputy initiated a traffic stop with Topete after observing a traffic violation. Contact was made with the driver and it was learned, the driver was operating a vehicle, while his license was revoked and needed an ignition interlock device installed in is vehicle, which he did not. Topete's vehicle was seized in accordance with seizure ordinances.

Deputies responded to above location in reference to an ambulance assist involving a male subject who was unconscious and not breathing. Medic personnel arrived on scene and performed life saving measures , but were unsuccessful. OMI arrived on scene and found no signs of foul play.
