 Arrest: Charles Quintana – 32yoa - Santa Fe, NM

Above suspect was stopped for a traffic violation. The suspect  was found to have an outstanding bench warrant for failure to appear at court out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court.  It was learned the suspect was native american and on Indian Country.  The suspect waived his extradition and approved by Pojoaque Governor Joseph Talache. The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention  Facility accordingly.


0217006730 – Resisting Arrest – Concealing Identity - 05-15-17

 Suspect: Rilee Sap – 20 - Stanley, NM

Charges: Resisting, Evading, Obstructing an Officer – Concealing Identity

The above suspect was known to have active warrants for her arrest.  When she was located she attempted on hide behind the seats of the vehicle she was in.  The suspect locked the doors to the vehicle and refused to come out.  The suspect attempted to mislead deputies by telling them she was not the person who they were looking for and gave a false name.  Entry was finally made into the vehicle and the suspect was taken into custody.

The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s) as well as the original 2 warrants for her arrest.

Upon arrival, I made contact with the victim, who stated he arrived home today and observed his bicycle had been stolen from outside of his house. Victim said the bike had been stolen between May 12, 2017 and May 5, 2017.  Victim did not know who might have stolen the bike. No evidence was located on scene.  Photos were taken and submitted to evidence.

Victim: Justin Ray (29 y.o). Last seen wearing a white or red Ecko shirt, khaki or gray shorts and a Cardinals baseball cap. Justin is 6'2", 200 pounds, bald and green eyes.

On 5-15-17, Justin was reported missing by his child's mother. Justin last spoke with his child's mother at 5:32 pm on today's date.   Justin is believed to be in the Santa Fe area.  There is no further information at this time. 


0217006684 – Possession of Controlled Substance / Public Affray – 05-14-17

Location: Buffalo Thunder Casino

 Suspects: Jose Morales-Perez – 27 - Santa Fe, NM

Roberto Rivera – 30 – Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Morales-Perez – Possession of Controlled Substance –Cocaine & Public Affray /  Rivera – Public Affray

A fight between the above suspects occurred in the night club at the Buffalo Thunder Casino. Pojoaque Tribal Police used Tasers on both suspects to stop the fight. 

During a search of Morales-Perez a white powder that tested positive for Cocaine was found in a folded up dollar bill.

The suspects were booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

The above suspect was stopped by Pojoaque Tribal Police and was found to have an outstanding bench warrant for failure to appear at court.  The original charges were for Driving while Suspended and Speeding.

The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

On 05/13/17 the victim reported on Thursday 05/11/17 at about 4:30pm, an unknown person entered the store and stole the above item. Suspect information is pending at this time.


0217006652 / Aggravated Burglary, Breaking and Entering / 5-13-17

Location: El Portrero Rd

On the listed date, Deputy Archuleta was dispatched to the location on reference to a Breaking and Entering call.  Upon arrival it was determined two unknown suspects entered the victim's residence and demanded a third party by name who was not at the residence.  One of the male suspects stood at the door with a handgun.  After learning the third party was not at the location the two suspects left the area in a black passenger car, unknown make or model.  Case is under investigation pending suspect identification.

Charges: Aggravated DWI, Roadway Laned for Traffic

On 05/13/17 the above listed individual was operating a white Toyota truck. The vehicle was observed failing too maintain its' lane of travel. A traffic stop was conducted and the above individual showed sings of impairment. The above driver refused to submit to a breath test. The above individual was placed under arrest and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Missing Person: Edgar Cervantes, 18, Santa Fe, NM

On Saturday, May 13, 2017 at approximately 3:37am, Deputies responded to location in reference to a male who had been dropped off at the casino. Deputies checked the area and were unable to locate the individual. Family did not know who the male was with or where he may be heading. Male's vehicle was still at his residence. Male was entered into N.C.I.C. as missing.
