Suspect: Margarita Martinez – 36 - Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Possession of Controlled Substance
While at ADF serving a warrant, Deputy observed suspect sitting on the floor with blankets draped over her. Suspect was advised by a corrections officer to stand up and go towards a restroom to be searched. Jail staff advised suspect to drop the blankets on the floor and suspect did so. Jail staff checked the blankets and a folded paper fell out with two large rock crystal items inside.
The deputy conducted a field test which tested positive for meth.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

Suspects: Two Hispanic Males
Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a larceny. Victim advised that at approximately 10:40 p.m., he observed two Hispanic males loading up his black & white Bobcat claw attachment onto a hitched trailer. Victim said the suspects fled when they saw him and stopped near Entrada la Cienega & Camino San Jose to unhitch the trailer. Victim recovered the stolen property and said the suspect’s drove towards the I-25 area.

Deputies initiated a traffic stop with the arrested person after observing a traffic violation. The driver was then found to have an active warrant issued for his arrest and was arrested without incident. The arrested person was transported to jail and booked accordingly.

Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a fight in progress. A welfare check was conducted on vehicles leaving the area. Contact was made with above listed suspect. Suspect displayed signs of impairment and was arrested. He had a breath alcohol content of more then .02 for minors under the age of 21. He was booked into the Santa Fe County ADC.
