Deputy Trujillo was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a traffic stop performed by Pojoaque Tribal Police Department. Upon arrival it was determined the suspect was non-native, did not have a driver's license, registration or insurance and had an active arrest warrant. Suspect was arrested on the active warrant and cited for the traffic infractions. Vehicle was towed.

Deputy Eccles was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute. Victim advised the listed suspect pushed him in the chest and then damaged his vehicle's windshield and mirror after an argument. Suspect had left the location however, was later contacted driving back to the location. Suspect showed signs of intoxication, submitted to SFST's and provided a breath sample yielding .10 / .09. Suspect arrested and booked on the listed charges.

Deputy Lattinresponded to the listed location in reference to a fraud that occurred on 5-6-17 and 5-7-17. The victim stated that he received a call from the listed suspect who states he was a public defender in Pennsylvania. Suspect advised that a relative of the Victim had been arrested in Pennsylvania for a DUI. Suspect requested that the Victim send him a money gram for the amount of $2,600.00 to post bail for his relative. Suspect then contacted victim on Sunday 6-7-17 advising that his family member had been charged with reckless driving. Suspect told victim he had to send a second Money order for the amount of $2,600.00 to post the second bond. Victim sent the second money gram. Victim then contacted his relative who advised he had never been in Pennsylvania, had never been arrested, and never called him. Suspect then realized that this might be a scam. Case is under investigation.

ABOVE LISTED PERSON WAS STOPPED FOR SPEEDING. UPON RUNNING A CHECK ON HIS DRIVER'S LICENSE, IT WAS FOUND THAT HIS LICENSE WAS REVOKED WITH AN ARREST CLAUSE. HE WAS BOOKED ACCORDINGLY.
