Deputies were dispatched to the aforementioned location in reference to suspicious vehicle. Contact was made with suspect and two juvenile females. The suspect admitted to giving Marijuana to the juveniles by smoking the marijuana through a metal pipe. Suspect was arrested and taken to the Santa Fe County jail without incident.
Case 0217005579-Breaking and Entering Battery against a household member-Criminal Damage to property-04/22/17

Victim: 16 year old Female
Suspect: Roberto Rodriguez(19)
The suspect used a skate board to break a wood panel to unlock the front door. Once inside the suspect spat at the victim and broke a window. Victim was located and arrested and taken to the Santa Fe County Adult detention center without incident.

Arrested: James Petty, 40-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 4-23-17 Deputies were dispatched to a domestic disturbance call at the above location. The investigation revealed the defendant assaulted a household member, did not allow the household member to leave the house and damaged property inside the house during an argument. The defendant was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail on the above charges.

Person Arrested: Jacob E. Cano, 24 year old male
On the aforementioned date, Deputies were contacted by a property owner who reported locating a vehicle that was responsible for crashing into a fence on his property the night prior. Upon the Deputies arrival, contact was made with the above mentioned male subject at the crashed vehicle. The subject provided false identifying information to Deputies and the vehicle was also discovered to be stolen out of Albuquerque. The male subject was taken into custody and transported to SFADC without incident.

Person Arrested- Greta Maez 42 yo Espanola, NM
Deputies were dispatched to the above location regarding a motor vehicle crash with injuries. Upon investigation, it was found that the above listed individual was driving a 2001 Nissan Xterra while under the influence. Upon running the above listed, it was found that her driver's license was revoked. She was also cited for failing to stop prior to entering the above listed intersection. She was booked accordingly.

Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Heroin; Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Methamphetamine; Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Cocaine; Bringing Contraband Into Places of Imprisonment; Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Suboxone
On Friday, April 21, 2017 at approximately 10:28pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate found in possession of a controlled substance. Suspect had been booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on Thursday, April 20, 2017 and was placed inside a cell by himself due to an anomaly located using the body scanner. Suspect was found later in possession of Heroin, Methamphetamine, Cocaine, and Suboxone. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Deputy Lujan served an active arrest warrant on the listed inmate while he was incarcerated at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. The listed inmate was booked without incident, original charge, probation violation.

Stolen: Personal Belongings, Electronics, Credit Card
Deputy Chastain was dispatched to #30 Buffalo Thunder trail in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. Upon arrival it was determined the victim's credit card company contacted her and said someone had used her credit card in Santa Fe. After attempting to locate her Credit Card which was in her vehicle she found the vehicle stolen. The victim later located her vehicle and it was recovered with the listed items stolen from her vehicle. Case is under investigation.

Deputy Vigil was dispatched to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center in reference to an inmate found in possession of a controlled substance. Upon arrival it was found the listed inmate was found in possession of heroin packaged for sale. When found the inmate attempted to swallow the heroin however was stopped by the jail guard. Inmate was rebooked on the listed charges.

Deputies were dispatched to a domestic dispute between the listed victim and suspect. Upon arrival, the victim had signs of a battery on her left arm. The suspect admitted to grabbing the victim by her arm causing bruising on her arm. The suspect was booked accordingly.
