On Friday, August 17, 2018 at approximately 5:12pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate found in possession of a controlled substance. Suspect was found in his possession Methamphetamine and Suboxone. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Friday, August 17, 2018, at approximately 5:12pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate found in possession of a controlled substance. Suspect was found in possession of Suboxone. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Arrested: Leah Ann Lucero 35 yoa, Alb, NM
Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a welfare check on a female slumped over inside the vehicle. Contact was made with the above subject who admitted to having suboxone in her vehicle without a prescription. Subject handed the contraband to the Deputy and was arrested. During the inventory of the vehicle, 2 glass crystal pipes used for smoking drugs were located. Subject was transported to ADC where she was charged and booked accordingly.

On 08/15/18 the victim reported someone opened a Verizon account her personal information. The victim reported she never opened this account, however a new I phone was delivered to her residence. The victim called Verizon to cancel the account and returned the phone. Suspect information is pending at this time.

On 08-15-18 Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to an unresponsive male. The reporting party reported the male was feeling ill throughout the day on 08/14/18. There were no signs of foul play. Official Cause of Death is pending an autopsy.

On 08/15/18 Deputies responded to a domestic dispute at the above location. During the investigation it was learned the suspect battered a family member. The Suspect was taken into custody and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly.

Charges: Assault against a household member, Criminal Damage to Property of a household member, Resisting or Obstructing an Officer
On 08/15/18 Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a Domestic Dispute. During the investigation it was learned the suspect grabbed a hammer and began destroying items belonging to the victim. The victim left the residence due to being in fear of the suspects behavior. The suspect refused to comply with responding Deputies and began locking the doors to the residence. The suspect eventually surrendered and was placed under arrest. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

On 08/15/18 a traffic stop was conducted on a Chevy Blazer, which displayed an expired registration plate. Contact was made with the above individual, who was found to have a revoked drivers license with the arrest clause. He was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility accordingly.
