Suspect: Pending

Stolen: 2 Swann security systems, 2 coach purses, $300 in US currency

Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a robbery. Victims reported an unknown male subject forced entry into the residence with a white bandana covering his face armed with a deadly weapon.  The suspect had 2 of the 3 victims lay on the floor and tied their arms behind their back with belts. Suspect searched the victims pockets and stole a wallet with approx. $200 from one of the victims. Suspect had one of the victims escort him through out the house and stole the above listed items.  Suspect then confined all 3 victims in the bedroom and fled the residence. Case is under investigation.

Suspect: Patricia Ayala, 58, Santa Fe, NM

On Sunday, November 26, 2017 at approximately 8:53pm, deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Suspect and victim were involved in a verbal argument. During the argument suspect battered the victim. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. No one received any life-threatening injuries as a result of this incident.

Taken: one inch air impact and three quarter inch air impact($4000)

On Sunday, November 26, 2017, at approximately 02:38 pm I was dispatched to Rumbo Al Sur in Santa Fe County for a burglary. The victim  who lives at the residence reported that between the dates of November 16, 2017 at 02:00 pm and today at 11:00 am. Unknown suspects broken into the garage and shed and took above items.

Damaged: Bicycle Cable Lock

Victim reported the listed bicycle was stolen from the listed location sometime between November 21, 2017  at 7;00 pm and November 22, 2017 at 9:00 am.  Case is under investigation.


0127017724 / Unlawful Taking of Motor Vehicle / 11-26-17

Victim reported sometime between 8:00 PM on 11/24/17 and 8:00 on 11/25/17 the vehicle was taken from the listed location.  Case is under investigation.

Suspect: Alicia Kovacev

Deputies stopped the listed suspect for travelling 65mph in a 50 mph zone.  Upon making contact the suspect could not provide insurance.  A subsequent check of the suspect's driver's license showed it had been revoked for a prior DWI.  Suspect was arrested and vehicle seized per Santa Fe County Ordinance.

No one received any life-threatening injuries as a result of this incident.

On Saturday, November 25, 2017 at about 3:19am, deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by the suspect. Suspect had an outstanding arrest warrant with the original charge of shoplifting. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Taken: 1 Heritage brand .22 caliber revolver, 1 unknown brand unknown caliber revolver. 1 wood box with silver, silverware. Damaged was 2 Antique wood dressers and 1 wood desk.($50,000)

Sometime between Friday November 17th, and 12:45am November 25, 2017, unknown suspect(s) gained entry into the residence through a downstairs window. Once inside unknown suspect(s) took the listed items.  No suspect information at this time.
