The booker keeper noticed the checked was cashed for $800.95 and the original name and total amount on the check was altered. Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Timothy Quintana Age: 55 Cerillos, NM
Deputies stopped a 2007 Toyota Corolla for speeding on State Road 14 near mile post 42. The driver, Timothy Quintana, 55 years of age, admitted to consuming two beers and had an odor of an alcoholic beverage as he spoke. SFST's were administered which indicated impairment. The driver was arrested and the vehicle was seized due to a prior DWI arrest.
