Deceased: Male, 81, Santa Fe, NM
On Sunday, March 25, 2018 at approximately 3:39pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a male who was unconscious and not breathing. Medics also responded to the scene. Life saving procedures were administered and were unsuccessful. The Office of the Medical Investigator responded to the scene. There were no signs of foul play and the cause of death appeared to be natural.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a Domestic Dispute. During the investigation it was learned the above individual battered a family member. The above individual was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly.

Suspect: Gabriel Montoya II, 24, Santa Fe, NM
On Saturday, March 24, 2018 at approximately 8:21pm, deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. The victim and suspect were involved in a verbal argument. During the argument the suspect battered the victim. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported, and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. No one received any life-threatening injuries as a result of this incident.
0218004459-Child Abuse-Aggravated Assault Against a household member-Aggravated Assault -03/24/18

Victims: 37 year old female and 60 year old male
Suspect: Alejardo Martinez(38)
At approximately 10:00am the suspect and victim met at a park for lunch and began a verbal argument. The victim began walking home while being followed by the suspect in his truck. Upon arrival at the victims' residence the victim went to the house and was followed by the suspect on foot. The victims' father came out and began arguing with the suspect. The suspect went to his truck and pulled a black handgun out. He then pointed it at them while the victim was holding her 3 year old child and said he wanted his stuff from the residence. The father went in to his house and brought out his own handgun. The suspect became scared and fled in his truck. The suspect went around the block to where he was located by deputies. A high risk stop was performed and the suspect was detained pending investigation.
The suspect was arrested for above listed charges and booked into ADC accordingly.
