Victim: 39 Year Old Male
On the above date, between 8:30 a.m. and 5:55 p.m., the above victim's home was burglarized. The items were reported stolen from inside the house by the victim. There were signs of forced entry through the rear bedroom window. There are no known suspects or witnesses.

On April 12, 2017 Deputy Archuleta was dispatched to the area of Rabbit Road in reference to a Burglary. Upon arrival it was determined several electronic items were stolen from the residence after unknown suspect(s) gained forced entry into the residence. Case is under investigation.

On 4-12-17 the above defendant was found in possession of 14 strips of Suboxone during a search by Corrections Officers.

Deputy Lujan made contact with the victim where it was learned unknown suspects opened two credit cards in her name and also cashed a check with the victim's information without her consent. Case is under investigation.

Person Arrested: Luis Olivas, 32 year old male subject
On the aforementioned date, the above listed male subject was stopped for a speeding violation. During the course of law enforcement contact, the male subject concealed his identity in efforts to deceive the deputy because of outstanding warrants for his arrest. The driver's true identity was discovered and he was taken into custody and transported to the adult detention center where he was charged and booked without incident.

The suspect’s vehicle was stopped because of expired registration. Upon investigation it was learned that the registration plate was not issued for the suspect’s vehicle and that the validation sticker on the plate was not issued to that plate. The suspect was found to be operating the vehicle while his driver’s license was under suspension.
The suspect also had an outstanding arrest warrant with the original charge being for driving under suspension.

On above date Deputies were dispatched to the area of W. Sunset Trail in reference to a possible overdose. Upon arrival a 27 year old female was found not conscious and not breathing. Life saving procedures were unsuccessful and no signs of foul play were observed. Cause of death is suspected overdose.
