Suspect: Michael Andrews, 26, Amarillo, TX

Charges: Aggravated Battery; Aggravated Battery Against a Household Member; Resisting, Evading or Obstructing an Officer

On Monday, October 16, 2017 at approximately 1:02am, Deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. During an argument with his girlfriend, the suspect battered her. Suspect also battered victim 2 by strangling her. Suspect refused to comply with commands and resisted arrest. Suspect had an active arrest warrant and was served on that warrant with the original charges of Driving While License Suspended, and Careless Driving. Suspect was medically cleared at the St. Vincent Hospital and was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without further incident. No one received any life-threatening injuries as a result of this incident.

Taken: Two 40' TVS, Jewlery,Canon camera set, Curreny, Smith and Wesson Revolver, two Note phones,one Samsung Galaxy Edge7, two air conditioners, two Dell laptops one Lanovo laptop, security camera set, taser,beats audio/skull candy headphones,makeup, one Guess purses/wallet, one Bramen purse/wallet, tool set, one ladder,nail supplies,dysen vacumm, mini fridge,two playstation 3 one x-box game set,speaker set, shoes,radar,DVD/movies/x-box games,one canon printer, four perfumes(Marc Jacobs,Ralph Lauren,Channel,Versace) ,eight watches, one Lantec speaker,  Value-$22,000

  Deputies were dispatched Orlinda court, Santa Cruz, NM in reference to a burglary. Contact was made with victim who stated sometime between 5:30 pm on October 14, 2017 and October 15, 2017 around 1:00 pm her home was burglarized. Victim stated she left the residence Saturday afternoon and when she returned she noticed the front door open. Victim advised the residence was rummaged and the rear door to the residence was open.Victim advised the window to her room was also damaged.

Suspect was contacted after a disorderly conduct call.  Upon contact suspect was run through NCIC and found to have an active warrant for his arrest.  Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

Victim reported a large amount of US currency was taken from his residence while he was taking a nap.  Case is under investigation.

 

 


Case#: 0217015380, Possession of a Controlled Substance, 10/13/17

Incident Location: Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center

Person Arrested: Darrell Williams, 32 year old male

 

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to the adult detention center in reference to a report of a Narcotics Violation.  Upon arrival and investigation, the above mentioned individual was found to be in possession of a black "Tar like" substance during a routine holding cell inspection.  The male subject was charged and re-booked without incident. 


Case#: 0217015376, Residential Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property, 10/13/17

Incident Location: Sandia Lane (Eldorado Area)

Property Taken: Apple/Mac Computer, 39" Flat Screen Television

 

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to the victim's residence in reference to a report of a Residential Burglary.  Upon arrival, it was discovered that the unknown suspect(s) forced entry through a southeast facing door.  Once inside the residence, the unknown suspect(s) stole the above mentioned items.  This case is currently under investigation.
