Vehicle: red 1984 Honda Accord
Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Heroin; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Suboxone
On Monday, April 3, 2017 at approximately 2:19am, Deputy conducted a welfare check on the vehicle. Suspect was in the driver's seat and syringes were observed on the floorboard of the vehicle. Suspect gave consent to search the vehicle and items containing heroin, items used to use heroin, and Suboxone without a prescription were located in the vehicle. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. Vehicle was towed from the scene.

Person Arrested- Edgar Ortiz 29 yo Santa Fe
A traffic stop was initiated for a vehicle not having tail lights. Upon contacting the above listed driver, an intoxicant could be smelled on his breath. Field Sobriety tests were conducted and the driver showed signs of impairment and was subsequently arrested. Upon running the driver it was found that his license to drive was revoked and upon searching the vehicle, an open container of beer was located. Subject was booked accordingly.

Arrested: Angelina Jinzo Age: 30 Cedar Crest,NM
On Saturday around 1:40 p.m. Inmate Jinzo gave false information to jail staff and was released from custody. Jail staff almost immediately noticed what had happened and began searching for the inmate. Deputies were alerted to the inmate as jail staff were looking on the grounds surrounding the jail. The escaped inmate was located a short distance away and taken into custody. The inmate was transported back to the jail where she was re booked with additional charges.

Victim reported to deputy that sometime between the hours of 9:00am and 6:00pm today, unknown persons forced and gained entry into his home. Case is under investigation.

Victim reported sometime on March 24, 2017 and March 29, 2017, unknown suspect(s) stole the above items from their residence. During the investigation, the victim advised the residence was not burglarized. The total value of the stolen property was approximately $1,950.00 Case is still under investigation.

Deputies responded to the location in reference to a domestic dispute. Victim reported her boyfriend had sprayed her with hot water as they continued to argue. Victim reported that her boyfriend then threw her on the couch. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Charges: Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon X 2, Negligent Use of a Firearm
On Sunday, April 2, 2017 at approximately 12:37am, Deputies responded to location in reference to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Suspect was angry because he could not find the keys to his vehicle. Suspect then loaded a firearm, fired one shot into the air, and began pointing the firearm around the area. People at the location were able to disarm the suspect. Suspect was also intoxicated. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. No one was injured as a result of this incident.

On Saturday, April 1, 2017 at approximately 10:36pm, Deputies responded to the location in reference to a domestic dispute. Suspect battered his boyfriend during an argument on the side of the road. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. The victim was provided a ride home. No one received any life-threatening injuries as a result of this incident.
Case 0217004459-Shoplifing-Warrant Arrest-03/31/17

Victim: Owl's Liquor Store(913 Hickox Street)
On the above date, the above victim stated the above suspect stole the above items from the above location between 8:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. The above victim stated that he chased the above suspect from the store to the area of US 84/285 until the above suspect stopped by Pojoaque Tribal Police for a traffic infraction. Contact was made with suspect who gave a full confession of the shoplifting and the items were returned to the victim. The suspect already had a warrant for shoplifting from a case in Santa Fe County and was arrested on the warrant and shoplifting.
