On Monday, July 23, 2018 at approximately 5:45pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a residential burglary. An unknown suspect(s) gained entry into the residence by forcing open a window and removed four televisions, and an IPad with a case. Investigation is ongoing.

The victim reported someone stole their Airstream travel trailer from their property in the Village of Galisteo sometime within the past few days.

Arrested: Susan Ryan-Cox, 52 year old female from Santa Fe N.M.
On 7-22-18 the defendant crashed her vehicle into a parked vehicle in the Agora Shopping Center parking lot. Further investigation revealed she was intoxicated at the time of the crash. Breath test results showed her breath alcohol content to be over twice the legal limit. She was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

On 07-22-18 Deputies were dispatched to the above location for a Domestic Dispute. During the investigation it was learned the suspect had threatened a household member and broke the families television while arguing with the household member. While the suspect was being placed into custody, the suspect attempted to aggressively pull away from Deputies. He was subsequently taken into custody and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 07-23-18, Deputy was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. During the investigation it was learned a suspect had entered three vehicles on the property. Suspect information is pending at this time. The victim was unsure if anything was stolen.

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Deputies learned an argument ensued between mother and daughter because the daughter was not welcome at her mother’s residence. Deputies learned the suspect pushed and scratched her mother during the argument. The suspect was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.

On 07-21-18 Deputies responded to a reckless driver report on I-25 heading northbound. Reporting Parties reported at one point the vehicle the above subject was operating was observed traveling against the flow of traffic. Contact was made with the driver, who showed signs of impairment. She was subsequently placed under arrest and submitted to a breath test which, was over the legal limit for an Aggravated DWI. She was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. Her vehicle was towed from the scene.

The victim is unsure how the suspect(s) entered the residence. However, the victim did notice the above items stolen. Suspect information is pending at this time.
