Items Stolen: Electronics; power tools

Deputies were dispatched to location in reference to a residential burglary. Victim reported that today between 12:00 pm and 7:00 pm unknown persons forced entry into their home and stole the listed type of items. Case is under investigation.

0217015564-Fraud-Identity Theft-10/17/17

Location: Spur Cross Place

Victim : 70 Year Old Female

Suspect: 37 Year Old Male

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a Fraud. Upon arrival contact was made with victim who stated she beileves suspect is using her bank account without her authorization. VIctim showed several pages of bank statements and stated she had not authorized any on the transactions. Victim said a credit card was also opened up on the account which she did not authorize. Victim was unsure of the value that had been withdrawn from her account. Investigation is ongoing.

Location: Barton Road

Deputies responded to a 911 hang up call. Deputies arrived and investigation reveled it was a domestic( non physical). Suspect when ran through dispatch had four(4) outstanding warrants out of Bernallio County. Suspect was booked at SFCADC without further incident.

Location: Avenida de Frijoles

Items taken:  10ft Webber Ladder, 6ft Webber ladder both yellow in color.

Victim stated between August 11, 2017 and October 10 an unknown person took the above items from a detached garage. No suspect information at this time.


0217015575-Distribution Prohibited-possession of drug parahernalia-10/17/17

Location: 28 Camino Justicia(SFCADC)

Deputies were dispatched to SFCADC in reference to a narcotics violation.After speaking with Jail staff they advised they administered a full body scan of the above inmate which came back with an anomaly. Jail staff conducted a strip search and were able to take possession of 21 strips of Suboxone and 1 Syringe.The inmate admitted to jail staff and Deputies, on lapel that he intended on sharing with his homies in hopes of trading for food and phone cards.The suspect was re-booked with above charges.


0217015559 / Criminal Damage to Property, Larceny / 10-17-17

Location: Camino Botanica, Aldea subdivision

Damaged: Mail box cluster

Stolen: Mail

Between 10-16-17 after 5:00pm and 10-17-17 before 6:00am someone pried open the mail box cluster and stole mail from several of the slots.  The damage to the mailbox is estimated at about $1,000. 


0217015546 / DWI, Careless Driving, Open Conatiner / 10-17-17

Location: Interstate 25, mile post 302

Arrested: Felicia Rafael, 32-year-old female from Santa Cruz N.M.

On 10-17-17 at about 2:30am deputies responded to a motor vehicle crash on I-25 mile post 302.  Upon arrival the defendant was determined to be the driver of a single vehicle crash.  She displayed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest after field sobriety tests were conducted.
