Suspect: Jeanine Pino – 46 - Santa Fe, NM
Charges: DWI – Reckless Driving – Possession of Controlled Substance (Morphine)
Deputies responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash. The suspect and her vehicle were located and she showed signs of impairment. The Suspect consented to a blood draw. During a search of her vehicle prior to impoundment several pills and a green leafy substance were located in her purse.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

Suspect: Hector Sanchez-Alejandro – 38 - Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Aggravated Assault against a Household Member – Battery against a Household Member – Aggravated DWI
Deputies were dispatched to the victim’s residence in reference to a domestic disturbance.
The victim reported that her husband had be abusing her all day by pouring beer on her, strangling her until she lost consciousness, and holding a knife to her throat.
The suspect had left the residence before deputies’ arrival and was reported to be driving intoxicated.
A check of the area was conducted and Cpl. Clark located the suspect driving on Shenandoah Trail back towards the residence.
A traffic stop was conducted and the suspect was taken into custody and subsequently charged accordingly.
Due to a prior DWI the suspects’ vehicle was seized and transported to the Sheriff's Office Seizure Lot by Anaya's Towing.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

Victim reported sometime on 3-14-2018 at 4pm and today's date around 7:15am, unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the garage thru unsecured garage door and stole the above mention items. Case is under investigation.

Deputy was dispatched to the above location in reference to a fraud. Reporting party stated two checks were altered and only one checked was cashed in the amount of $1,243.00 and the other check was denied. Case is under investigation.

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a male individual not conscious and not breathing. Medic personnel arrived on scene and found no signs of life. OMI arrived on scene and found no signs of foul play.

Victim reported sometime between 3-14-2018 at 6pm and today's date around 8am, unknown suspect(s) made unlawful entry into the above mentioned vehicle and stole the vehicle. Case is under investigation.

On March 13, 2018 deputies made contact with the victim regarding a fraud.
Victim was defrauded by a computer company for $5197.00 for services never rendered. Suspect was identified as Daniel Baker out of Washington. Case pending investigation.

Above subject was found damaging the century link phone lines in the Galisteo area. It was learned that the individual was on supervised probation. An arrest order was issued for his arrest. Subject was arrested and transported to ADC where he was charged and booked accordingly.
