Deputies were dispatched to the area of the above location. It was learned that both victim and suspect left the area. Contact was made with both parties involved in the Pojoaque area. It was reveled that the suspect was battered victim. Suspect was booked without incident.

On Friday, March 9, 2018 Deputies conducted a traffic stop on the suspect's vehicle for a suspended license plate. It was learned the suspect had two outstanding warrants for his arrest for failure to appear x2 on the original charge of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Suspect was booked.

On Friday, March 9, 2018 Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a blue passenger car for speeding. Upon contact with the driver Deputies suspected the driver to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor. SFSTs were administered and the driver showed signs of impairment. Suspect submitted to a breath tests and blew a .18, .18. Suspect was placed under arrest.

On Friday, March 9, 2018 Deputies conducted a traffic stop on NM 502 on a pick up truck for having illegal tint on the windshield. It was discovered the driver was operating the vehicle while his license was revoked with an arrest clause attached. Suspect was booked and his vehicle was seized.

Deputies arrived at the location in reference to a follow-up. When attempting to identify the suspect at the location, conflicting names and date of births were given by the suspect. Deputies were able to identify the suspect through NCIC using an alias. The suspect identified was found to have an active warrant out of Magistrate Court. The suspect was booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident

Location: Marquezville Road
Deputy was dispatched to location in reference to a motor vehicle crash. After identifying the driver, I could smell an odor of an intoxicating beverage emitting from his person. Driver also displayed slurred speech and had blood shot watery eyes. Driver initially agreed to SFST’s but subsequently refused to cooperate. Driver was placed under arrest, read the NM Implied Consent Advisory to which he refused. Driver was charged and booked accordingly. Driver had a prior DWI arrest. Vehicle was not seized due to being damaged during the crash.
